PROJECT ACTIVITIES
Agreed the use of the 'Investors in People' standard as a vehicle for driving the necessary changes
Conducted diagnostic analysis across all the constituent parts of the organisation
Identified and agreed the specific Action Plans required to facilitate integration into the single organisation, and achieve the IIP standard requirements
Conducted staff attitude survey alongside the IIP diagnostic exercise
Provided project management assistance with implementation of the agreed Action Plans
