PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Agreed the use of the 'Investors in People' standard as a vehicle for driving the necessary changes
  • Conducted diagnostic analysis across all the constituent parts of the organisation
  • Identified and agreed the specific Action Plans required to facilitate integration into the single organisation, and achieve the IIP standard requirements
  • Conducted staff attitude survey alongside the IIP diagnostic exercise
  • Provided project management assistance with implementation of the agreed Action Plans
